Q: Where is my order shipping from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Belgium.
Q: When will my order ship?
Orders are collected and shipped twice a week on Tuesday and Friday. You will receive tracking information when your order has received its first scan at the postal service.
Q: How does pre-ordering work?
Easy! Look for the items that say 'PRE-ORDER' in our webshop. Locate the item you wish to pre-order, add it to your cart and continue to the checkout. Once your payment has been processed, your pre-order is final. When your pre-ordered item arrives in our warehouse (we'll always add the expected delivery date to the description of the item), we'll immediately ship it out to you!
Warning: make sure to add no other items to your pre-order, unless you don't mind waiting for them for (possibly) a few months. We will only send out your order when it is complete.
Q: Which shipping company will handle my order?
All orders are shipped with DPD or Bpost, whatever is cheapest for your order. We will always offer you the cheapest option in the checkout.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 1-3 business days within the Benelux area and 3-7 business days for other countries.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
Is your country not available at the checkout? Send us an e-mail at info@otakulicious.eu and we’ll see what we can do!
Q: Do you ship outside of the EU?
We don't! Expect for the United Kingdom (we miss you!), Norway (join us!), Switzerland (you're surrounded!) and Ukraine (much love!).
Q: What type of packaging do you use?
We ship our orders in standard brown, unmarked cardboard boxes.

We understand. Don't worry! The mailman or your neighbours won't be able to see what's inside your package or that you ordered it from Otakulicious.eu. Your shipping label will say Akiba, which is our family friendly webshop selling all types of candy, manga and figures.
